1. Reservations
The clients shall submit all reservation to the hotel representative offices :

2. Room policy
- All Rates are subject to changed without prior notice.
- Rates are inclusive of vat and service charge.
- Extra bed are available some properties with THB 300-500 bed & breakfast ( Check hotel page )
- Check-in : 14.00 hrs.
- Check-out : 12.00 hrs.
- Baggage handling each way is included in the rate.
Late check-out is subject to room availability on the date of departure. Late check-out between 14.00 hrs- 16.00 hrs. will be charged at 50% of the after 16.00 hrs. will be charged at full daily rate unless specified otherwise by hotel in writing.
3. Children policy
- 100 % reduction for child 2 to 8 year old sharing parents rooms without extra bed. ( maximum 1 child )
If additional bed is require , the extra bed charge will be applied.
- Baby cot is an unavailable.
4. Term of payment
Bangkok Area
- All season hotel often requests one night of 100% of total room rates per night as a deposit to secure confirm reservation . Pass upon arrival make payment on request.
Pattaya Area
Low Season ( April 1st - October 31st ) :
- One night deposit is required at the time of reservation is confirmed.
High Season ( November 1st - December 15th & February 1st - march 31st ) :
- The hotel requires to 50% deposit for the entire length of stay at least 3 days prior to arrival date.
- There is no refund for any under stays.
Peak Season ( December 16th – January 31st ) :
- The hotel requires to 100 % deposit for the entire length of stay at least 15 days prior to arrival date.
- There is no refund for any under stays.
Group Booking
A deposit for 50% of total rooms charged is required 30 days prior to arrival or option
date advice upon confirmation . Final payment by cash or credit card on arrival.
5. Cancellation & Amendment Policy
- Notification of cancellations / amendments can be accepted via fax
or e-mail to e-mail : 9@hotelsawasdee.com but we will not guarantee.
- Any cancellation requested 4 days (or more) before arrival date, the deposit amount for each room will be refunded to your credit card with deduct a 20 % administration and banking charge.
- Any cancellation requested 3 days (or less) before arrival date or no show, the deposit amount for each room will be Non-Refundable.
P. S. During Peak Season, cancellation received within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged equal to the entire value of the bookings.
6. Early check-out policy
For guest(s) check out earlier from original booking, hotel reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay reserved without valid reasons.
7. No-show policy
- In the event of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal 100% for the entire value of the bookings.
